Jamango! is a browser-native gaming platform that enables anyone to create, and play user-generated game content, instantly. Anyone can start building in seconds using simple and familiar building blocks. Creators can change their environment, build at scale and even sculpt blocks to create unique shapes and structures. Every single block in the world is fully programmable, and using powerful tools such as the Wrench, creators can add logic to build fully fledged games and experiences without any coding. Jamango! is built on a proprietary game engine that runs natively in your web-browser; creators and players can invite friends instantly, simply by sharing a link.

Job Mission

The Producer will play a crucial role in coordinating the development of high-quality updates to the Jamango! platform. This role involves supporting project timelines, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and creative teams, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and user satisfaction. The Producer will work closely with our co-founders to align the production function with the business roadmap and wider objectives, including managing bi-monthly sprints and overseeing QA processes to ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

Craft and manage dynamic project schedules and plans using Notion to keep our team on track.
Assist in running energetic sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring our team moves seamlessly and efficiently.
Track project progress, assist in adjusting plans, and communicate any challenges and proposed solutions.
Support clear and effective communication across all teams, helping to keep everyone aligned.
Foster a positive team atmosphere, assisting in conflict resolution and promoting teamwork.
Align development efforts with our strategic vision and product roadmaps, helping ensure timelines are met and we’re on track for the longer term roadmap.
Implement robust QA processes, aiming for excellence with low change failure rates and swift incident resolution.
Strategically allocate resources to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to orchestrate a successful and impactful public-beta launch by Q2 2025.

Requirements

Passion for sandbox games and understanding of gaming communities, particularly in game creation/world creation genres.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
Experience shipping games with an understanding that this role supports a platform, not a traditional game studio.
Growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
Highly organized and process-driven.
